Tandoori Chicken is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will promptly process notices of alleged copyright infringement that are properly provided to us.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement

If you believe that material residing on or accessible through the Tandoori Chicken website infringes a copyright, please send a written notice of copyright infringement containing the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Tandoori Chicken to locate the material.
  3. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law.
  4. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.
  6. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on the Tandoori Chicken website was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. Your counter-notification must be a written communication containing the following:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Tandoori Chicken may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.
